He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurston Salvatore and Florence Salvatore (Leizear). He is survived by: his son Michael (Carli Bryden) of Fairport; and his granddaughter Elli Bryden. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.
