He is survived by: his parent Julia Irene O'Neill Dugan; his children, Patricia Cameron, John Dugan and Jeff Dugan (Gina); his grandchildren, Jessica Dugan (Ramon), Stacy Roche (Mike) and Melissa Dugan; his great grandchild Quinn Dugan; his significant other Dorothea Mazzeo; his siblings, Ronald Dugan (Ann) and Jean Willis (Gary) of Karen Sawaryn; and his wife Shirley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
