He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McConnell and Edna Wild McConnell; and his sisters, Ann Marie Caci, Adrienne Fennessy and Joan Lull.
He is survived by: his son Matthew McConnell (Katie); and his siblings, Mary Oakley, Theresa Powers, Walter McConnell, Gregory McConnell, Joseph McConnell Jr., William, Patrick, Robert, Michael and Donald. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews.
