He was predeceased by: his grandson Jimmy; his siblings, Dalton Hogan (Marie), Catherine Delaney, Christian McCaffrey (Joseph), Jean Ryan (Charles), Francis Hogan (Ruth), John Hogan (Jeanne), Richard Hogan, Leonard Hogan, Maxwell Patrick Hogan (Cathy) and Judith Hogan; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Hogan and Colleen Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan "Jo" Burke; his children, Kevin (Terri), Matt (Debbie), Ann Miller (Brian), Dan (Vicki), Tom (Paula), Mary Driscoll (Mark), Ruth Groten (David), John (Sue), Charlie (Kim), Bob (Dawn) and Joanie O'Toole (Tim); his brothers, Roger Hogan and Robert Hogan; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Hogan and Darlene Hogan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the St. Alphonsus Food Pantry for his devotion to feeding the poor or Matthew House for care of the sick and dying.
