She is survived by: her children, Theresa Ukolowicz (Karl F.), Ellie Kelly (John), Claudia Conway (David), Mario Musso and Mark; her grandchildren, Karl J. Ukolowicz (Cassandra Santoro), Glen'Michael' Ukolowicz (Nancy), Christopher Ukolowicz (Shalyn), Neil Ukolowicz (Charlotte Blaisdell), Brian Kelly (Ginny), Kevin Kelly (Melody), Jason Kelly (Amy), Sean Conway (Andrea Ashby), Justin Musso (Cara), Adam Musso, Amanda Musso, Brandon Musso (Leann) and Kayleigh Chism (Harold); and her sisters, Sarah Gargosh, Barbara O'Hora, Louise DePalma and JoAnne Campagnola. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
