He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl and Nina Pearl Ouderkirk; his former wife Beverly; and his daughter-in-law Mary Alice. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Ouderkirk (Tisa), David Ouderkirk (Barbara) and James Ouderkirk; his grandchildren, Brittney (Kenneth), Hobart (Megan), Meredith, Nicholas, Madeleine and Aubrey; and his great grandchild Collins Mae. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
