She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wise and Rose Costello Wise Tucker; her husband John Gamba; her daughter Patricia Garlock; her brother Joe Wise; and her son-in-law Kevin Stott.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Yantch (David), Roseanne Stott and Thomas Gamba (Laurie). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Donations in Helene's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
