He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry P. Flanigan, Sr. and Grace Moochler Houde; his son Terry Flanigan; his grandson Dustin Flanigan; his son-in-law Kenneth Hall; and his sister Joan Farraugh.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Flanigan (Salzer); and his children, Patricia Simmonds, Peggy Murphy, Michael Flanigan (Debi), Sandra Hall, David Flanigan (Kathy) and Karol Soules (Daniel). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
