She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slaski and Victoria Slaski (Szozda); her husband Alphonse; and her brother Victor Slaski. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph'Jerry'Slaski (Ida) and Theodora Chapman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
