He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lukins and Leah Lukins (Wilcox); and his pet Nicki. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lukins; his children, Kathy Orasi, Melanie Wetmore, Steve Lukins (Lori) and Chris Lukins (Sharon); his sisters, Jeanne Reeck and Barbara Kulle; his grandchildren, David Orasi, Krystin Orasi, Danielle Orasi, Taylor Lukins, Haley Lukins and Caitlyn Wetmore; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Orasi, Adelise Orasi, Carson Orasi, Quinn McDougle and Enzo McDougle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Donald's family strongly requests donations be made to the Finger Lakes Center for Living, Activity Department, 20 Park Avenue, Auburn, NY 13021.
