He was predeceased by: his father Dominic. He is survived by: his mother Maria; his children, Dominic L. (Abby) and Gabriella (Raphael); his siblings, Joseph (Maryanne), Samuel (Lisa), Josene Ciotoli (Mario) and Joanna Dewitt (Jeff); and his family Dominic. He is also survived by ses his aunt and three uncles, 18 first cousins in America and Italy, 12 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dominic's memory to the Knights of Columbus.
