He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ann Ruta McCarthy; his brother Jeremiah McCarthy of Harrisonburg, VA; his aunt Lucy Webster of Bethany, PA; his sisters-in-law, Judy Ruta of Liverpool, NY and Kathleen Arpino (Irena) of Syracuse, NY; and his cousin Lorie Nightingale (Robert) of Auburn.
