He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert'Bob' and Martha Wilczek. He is survived by: his parents, David Wilczek and Cherrie Wilczek (Leiger); his sister Jennifer Wilczek; his grandparents, Carmella and James Hand; his aunts, Lori Roth (John) and Tina Bunnell (Eric); and his uncle James Hand (Penny). He is also survived by several great-aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
