She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rooker and Ida Rooker (Vivenzio); and her daughter Lisa Springstead. She is survived by: her husband Bob Springstead; her sons, Rob Springstead (Debby) and Tim Springstead; her grandchildren, Kara, Jared (Taylor), Adam and Ryan; her great grandchild Eli; her siblings, Robert Rooker Jr. (Bonnie), Sue Kenny (Bob), Kathy Saxton (John) and Chris Hoskins (Tom); and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by two brothers -in law, two sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cindy's memory to Fleming # 1 Volunteer Fire Department, or to a charity of one's choice.
