She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Misner and Elizabeth Walters Misner; her husband Charles "Skip" Allen; and her sons, Michael Warren and Edward Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Allen, Charles Allen and Dawn Jetty (Gordon); her siblings, Theresa DeLong and Donald Misner; and her brother-in-law Ralph Finizio. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Donations in Betty's memory may be made to the Salvation Army or Scipio Fire Department.
