She was predeceased by: her aunt Debbie VanDyke; her grandfather Doc; and her friend Stan Jr.. She is survived by: her fiancé Jason Baker; her daughters, Alexus and Destiny Baker; her parents, Connie A. VanDyke Allen and Patrick T Allen Sr. (Elizabeth); her siblings, Carrie Miner, Heather Ray Allen (Jason), Mandy Allen (Byron) and Patrick T Allen Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Markus, Collin, Rayden, Kaylee, Donovan, Mea and Taylor; and her grandmother Ann VanDyke. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
