He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony D'Angelo and Stephanie Killian D'Angelo. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Chalker D'Angelo; his son Brian D'Angelo of Auburn; and his brother John (Sandy D'Angelo). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.

Due to Tony's love of animals, the family requests any donations be made in his memory to the S.P.C.A , 41 York St., Auburn, NY 13021.
