With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alan Wilson of Auburn, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alan left this world on February 5, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Wilson and Dorothy Kott Wilson; his brother-in-law Ken Scott; and his pet Shelby. He is survived by: his wife Karen Bashta Wilson; his children, Elizabeth Cuddy and Nicholas Wilson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Georgia, Jack, Cassidy and Nathan; and his siblings, Bernie Wilson (Mary Jane) and Susan Wilson-Scott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (197 South St, Auburn, NY 13021). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Hyacinth's Church (63 Pulaski St, Auburn, NY 13021).
Contributions may be made in memory of Buck to Hospice of CNY, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to a local food pantry.
