He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Scriver and Irene Scriver; his wives, Doris Ano-Scriver and Suzan Scriver; his brother Ken Scriver; his son Robert "Bobby" Scriver; and his granddaughter Jessica Scriver.
He is survived by: his children, David (Kathy), Russell Jr. and Lisa DeAngelo (Mike); his sister Betty Shambo; and his grandchildren, Renee Fitzgerald (Jesse), Joshua DeAngelo, Brady DeAngelo and Michael Bola (Monica). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
