He is survived by: his wife Mary; his pet Zoey; his brother William Minogue (Shawn); his nephews, Brandon and Kristopher; his sister Jan Rafferty (Jake); his nephew Michael; his nieces, Elizabeth and Kayla; his sister Marilyn Plishka (Larry); his niece Nicole; his nephews, Tanner and Jarrod; his foster brother Karl Hart; his sister-in-law Tina Terry Preston (Tim); his nephews, Trevor and Colton; his brother-in-law Charles Terry Jr. (Joyce); and his niece Caitlin.

Donations can be made in Bob's memory to the Wilmington Volunteer Fire Department, where he was an Honorary Member.
