He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nugent and Alma Nugent (Mousseau); his aunt Anne Mousseau; and his father-in-law Jacob Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chapman (North) of Baltimore; his sister Joanne Nugent-Ward (Dianne) of Watertown, NY; and his mother-in-law Esther Chapman.
