He was predeceased by: his wife Shirleen Winch (Bashaw); his parents, Forest R. Winch, Sr. and Alvira Winch; and his siblings, Bob Winch, Ira Winch, Jim Winch, Mary Taylor and Gladys Whitney.
He is survived by: his close friend Doris Larue; and his sons, Jeff and Randy Winch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
