He is survived by: his friend Ranger; his daughters, Madison and Emily Kostoss; his mother Sara Kostoss; his sisters, Jennifer Stapleton, Sara Kostoss and Tiffany Blair; and his nephews, Owen and Nathan Stapleton. He is also survived by his family and friends.
