He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Latham and Hazel Latham (Singer); his daughter Debbie; his wife Virginia Latham (Hart); and his children, Gwen Dubay (Merritt) of Jay, N. Y, Deborah Millie (James) of Beekmantown, N. Y., Arthur, Jr., Patricia and Brenda. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
