He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Duncan. He is survived by: his former wife Cindy Corey; his daughter Heidi Seltman of Nekona, KS.; his wife Jeannette Crewell; his stepchildren, Michelle Merritt of Selkirk, Andy Gonyea of Argyle and Eric Gonyea of Troy, MO.; and his sister Wanda Reilly of Ohio. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
