Ruth E. Teeter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth E. Teeter of Athens, New York, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Ryan and Irma Ryan (Decker); her husband Lloyd Teeter; her grandson Shane Williams; and her sons-in-law, Kenneth Little and Gerald Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Little of Lowman, N. Y., Judy Bennett of Lowman, Denny Teeter of Horseheads, Diane Williams (Dick) of Elmira, Dawn Swank (Irvin) of Elmira, Larry Teeter (Merrie) of Chemung, Terry Teeter (Barb) of Elmira, Randy Teeter (Genelle) of Texas and Kelly Stedge (Kevin) of East Smithfield. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as several close friends.
