He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bathrick; his children, Raymond I Miller, Jr. of Cairo, NY, Roberta Lattin (John) of Concord, NC and Randy Miller (Carolyn) of Cairo, NY; his grandchildren, Becky Miller, Kimberly Rummo-Faulkner, Stephanie Miller, Steven Lattin, Sarah Lattin, Julian Miller and Sebastian Miller; and his siblings, Donald Miller (Carol) of Hudson, NY, Rowland Miller of Hudson, NY, Randy Miller of Hudson, NY, Elizabeth of Hopewell Junction, NY, Dolores and Viola. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
