She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon B Borfitz and Helen Winfield; her stepfather Byron Strobel; her grandson Aaron Gotebiowski; her nephew James Palmateer; her niece Sharon Van Nostrand; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Palmateer.
She is survived by: her husband Edward W Mickle; her children, Diane L Mickle (John Gotebiowski) of Catskill, NY and Edward J "Duke" Mickle (Diane Del Chiaro) of Manchester, TN; her brother Harmon Borfitz (Michael) of The Villages, FL.; her grandchildren, Edward D Mickle (Victoria) of Tullahoma, TN, Jennifer L Martinez (Joe) of Jacksonville, FL and Kristin Gotebiowski (Ashley) of Niskayuna, NY; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Wesley; and her nieces and nephews, Nancy Hausheer, Susan Cotter, Deborah Borfitz, Tammy Hughes, Sharon S Palmateer, Tim Borfitz, Jared and Jason Hughes.
