She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Starke and Helen Starke (Campbell); her daughter Stephanie Griffin; and her siblings, Norman Starke (Butch), Charles Starke, Jr. and Donna Starke.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Hallsted (Rufus); her children, Caroline Holm, Joyce Moore, Douglas Griffin (Carole), Ina Griffin-Guilzon (David Guilzon) and Robert Hallsted Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Olivett, Joyce Pavlin (Bronco), Henry Starke (Laura) and Floyd Starke (Gwen). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Arlene often provided a warm meal when in need and organized donations for families in need during the holiday season.
