He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Quigley of County Louth and Mary Quigley; his brothers, Michael, Brian and Brendan; his wife Mary; and his children, James Patrick (Jessica), Owen Thomas (Emma Tate) and Elise Marie.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home, Inc. (491 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (381 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
