With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florentino Polanco of Astoria, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Andres Polanco (Dominga Valera); his wife Josefina Polanco Rosas; his children, Ermy Polanco and Wanda Gomez; his grandchildren, Exavier, Brianna, Daniel, Angelina, Juliette and Andrew; his sisters, Ramona and Mercedes; and his children-in-law, Michelle Polanco and Julian Gomez.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home (2811 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando, FL 32806). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM and from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
