She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne G. Hines and Erma E. Hines (Frazier); her husband Eugene West; and her siblings, Donald Lee and Sheryl Erma.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Hall of Ashville and Kristi Hodge (Chuck) of Circleville; her grandchildren, Brian Phillip, Wesley James and Savana Joy Hodge; and her brother Jerry Hines (Nancy) of Ashville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other family members.
