She is survived by: her parent Ruth Willetts Chapman; her sister-in-law Donna Chapman of Ashville; her niece Diana Wehrenberg of Ashville; her nephew James Chapman (Jane) of Busti; and her cousin Kathy Smith of West Ellicott. She is also survived by one great niece; four great nephews.
