He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Prohaska (Giles); and his siblings, Lawrence Joseph Prohaska, Leslie Boyce Prohaska, Dale Clifford Prohaska, Robert Brice Prohaska and Louise Francis Prohaska.
He is survived by: his children, John A. Wells (Alanna Marie) of Ashville, Wayne J. Wells (Donna) of LaGrange, NY, Darlene Pyott of Ormond Beach, FL, Carole Anne Askew and Glenda Crain of Cocoa, FL. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
