She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J Faulkner and Mary A Faulkner; her daughter Tanya Lewis; and her brother James Faulkner. She is survived by: her close friend Homer Whitton; her children, Christina Radecki (Matt), Michelle Gagnon (Steven), Alena Green (Joe), Heidi, Heather, Josh, Katie, James, Ronnie and Ryan; and her siblings, Tom Faulkner (Patti) of Forton, GA and Tracey Alicea (Jose) of Jamestown.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Home (12 N Pearl St, Frewsburg, NY 14738).
