He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray David and Lillian Barth Carr; his wife Norma Stevens Carr; and his stepson Gregory Juul (Connie) of Frewsburg, NY.. He is survived by: his children, David Carr of Jamestown, NY, Lorraine Roberge of Atlanta, GA and Kathleen Possai (Kurt) of Coleraine, MN; his stepsons, Martin Juul (Anita) of Manassas, VA and Kevin Juul (Beth) of Frewsburg, NY; and also Eloise Smith of Panama, NY.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
