He is survived by: his mother Tammy Walker Miller; his daughter Adaline Grace; his siblings, Joshua Dawes, Gage Frazier, Alexis Frazier and Amber Capadona; his grandparents, Leon Frazier, Mike, Linda Walker and Brenda Walker; and his aunt Michelle Kay Frazier.
