We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2019, at the age of 68, Nancy R. Harbour (Armonk, New York), born in Freeport, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Muriel Riley and Richard F Riley; her husband Ken; her children, David and Jessica (Evan Harris); her grandchildren, Chase and Bryson; and her siblings, Janie and Wayne of Houston. She was also cherished by other relatives and close friends.
