He was predeceased by: his former wife Eileen Marie DeBernardis (Carroll); his parents, Frank DeBernardis and Carmela DeBernardis (DiBiase); his daughter-in-law Kathy DeBernardis (O'Keefe); and his great grandchild Jane Aileen.
He is survived by: his wife MaryJo; his children, Theresa DelTosta (William), Philip DeBernardis (Sharon), Thomas DeBernardis, Michael DeBernardis, Mary O'Sullivan (Richard) and Stephen DeBernardis (Marybeth); his sister Annette Cupo; and also, James Mahon (Meghan) and Brian Mahon (Christine). He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
