He is survived by: his wife Donna Patane' (Miller); and his children, Charlie, Antoinette Patane' and Frank Patane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home (262 E Main St, Mt Kisco, NY 10549). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (7 Pound Ridge Rd, Bedford, NY 10506).
