She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanley Cimoch and Myrtis Cimoch (Foskett); and her children, James Proulx, Brian Girardi and Melissa Butler.

Carol's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to any reputable charitable organization that assists veterans and wounded warriors.
