He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Osborne and Pauline Osborne Sr. (Hurlburt); and his siblings, Hollis V. Chase and Helen White. He is survived by: his brother Harold N. Osborne Jr. (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
