He was predeceased by: his parent Frank O. Russ; his stepfather Stanley Czapluk; and his brother Andrew Russ. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Czapluk (Nichols); his significant other Chrys McCarthy; his daughter Elizabeth Russ; his siblings, Ken Russ (Sue), Connie Barna, Linda Schroder (David), Nancy McKeon (Kevin) and Becky Carolan (Ed); and his grandchildren, Isabella Cary, Quinten Weir and Keegan Weir. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
