He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren McNeil and Roberta "Jean" McNeil; his grandparents, Loren and Gladys McNeil, Sr.; his son Lance Hemple (Miracle); his granddaughters, Zorea and Zalencia; his daughter Amanda Squires; his granddaughter Callie Saddlemire; his stepdaughter Casey Crossman (Dan); his grandsons, Lucas and Zachery; his stepson Richard Coats; his sister Susan McNeil; his nephew Adam Omiecinski; and his brother Michael McNeil.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Hempel.
