He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Blanchard and Edna Blanchard (Porter); his wife Elizabeth A Mueller; his children, Kenneth V. Blanchard, Jr. (Margaret), Richard J. Blanchard (Linda) and Debra A. Walz (Jerry) of Marcy, NY; his grandchildren, Danielle Lawrie (Andrew) of Kennett Square, PA, Courtney Gengler (Ryan) of Cockeysville, MD, Richard J. Blanchard, Jr. (Holly) and Lieschen Walz of Marcy; his stepgrandchildren, Jason Walz (Elizabeth) and Karyn Miller (Jim) of Centreville, VA.; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Peyton Lawrie, Connor Gengler, Nathan, Ben Walz and Elyse Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley P. Candage (Byron) of Vero Beach, FL and Ernest Mueller (Sandy) of Queensbury, NY. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
