He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Winchell and Abby Winchell (Lyman); and his siblings, Doris Jackson, Margaret Pignatelli, Eleanor Briggs, Kenneth Winchell and Floyd Winchell.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Atkinson; his son Stephen Winchell (Dianne); his grandsons, Natale Rose Morin and Elliott Sebastian Morin; his sister Rita Brandolini (Harold); and his sister-in-law Melanie Atkinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
