He is survived by: his parents, Douglass Weaver and Sylvia Weaver (Brayton); his significant other Bridget Beecher; his significant other's children, Mackenzie and Nathan; his children, Lauren McWhorter (Robert) and Landen Weaver; his grandchildren, Maverick, Paxton and Emerson McWhorter; his brother Jason Weaver (Alissa); and his nieces and nephews, Mikayla, Carson and Brayton.
