George J. Dobler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George J. Dobler of Argyle, New York, born in Bay Shore, New York, who passed away on June 16, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Dobler and Elizabeth Dobler; his nephew John Torchetti; his niece Megan Collins; and his great-nephew Emmett Collins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Darlena Daniels (William) of Argyle, Cheryl McCarthy of Long Island, Denise Torchetti (John) of Glens Falls, Colleen Collins (Richard) of Glens Falls and Arlette Rogers (Robert) of Hudson Falls; his godmother Sandra Cummings (Leah) of Florida; his nieces and nephews, William (Chris Daniels), Jason (Kevin McCarthy), Paul, Shelly (Melissa Torchetti), Jeff (Matt Collins) and Tim Rogers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keegan, Leah, Luke, Lillian, Ava, Micah, Aidan, Avery, Anna, Aubren, Lauren, Logan and Alex.
Due to the most recent change in COVID 19 regulations, now, 35 people are allowed in the chapel at one time for calling hours on Friday, from 11 a. m. to 12 noon at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
