He was predeceased by: his parent George Phillips. He is survived by: his parent Aline Phillips (Brouillette); his wife Gloria C. Phillips; his children, Aline, Carolyn Scaperrotta (Edward), Jacqueline Foley (Thomas), George, Patricia Lacy (Patrick) and Barbara; his grandchildren, Edward, Jeffrey, Eric, Michael, Danielle, Kristen, Thomas, Casey and Patrick; and his sister Lucille Fullerton (Phillips). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
