He was predeceased by: his parents, Lerned Ronan and Bertha Ronan (Case); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Ronan (Smith); his daughter Suzanne Ronan; his grandson Case Ronan; and his siblings, L. Don Ronan, Jean Nunn and Michael Ronan.
He is survived by: his children, Cary Ronan of Arcade, Michael Ronan (Lynn) of Rushford, John Ronan (Maureen) of Colden, Daniel Ronan (Leisa) of Marilla and Margaret Ronan of Arcade; his siblings, Kay O'Connell of Wykoff, NJ and William Ronan (Nancy) of East Aurora; and his caregiver Eric Ronan of Arcade. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W.'s. Davis, Inc. Funeral Home (358 W Main St, Arcade, NY 14009). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (417 W Main St, Arcade, NY 14009).
